This listing is for a set of Vermiculite Firebricks for an 'Esse 1 - Multi Fuel' stove.

The set contains 2 Back, 2 Lower Sides, 1 Upper Left Side, 1 Upper Right Side, 1 Base and 2 Baffle Vermiculite Firebricks.

Back Brick = 30mm x 260mm x 180mm (per brick)
Upper Left Side Brick = 25mm x 265mm x 260mm (per brick)
Upper Right Side Brick = 25mm x 265mm x 260mm (per brick)
Lower Side Brick = 30mm x 265mm x 120mm (per brick)
Base Brick = 25mm x 305mm x 275mm
Baffle Brick = 30mm x 260mm x 180mm

The fire brick provides fire resistance, insulation and thermal stability and is rated for temperatures up to 1100°c.

All our vermiculite fire bricks are cut from Premium Quality Vermiculite Boards which are ideal for use in woodburning and multi-fuel stoves.

Vermiculite board is made from a naturally occurring aluminium-magnesium silicate layer that has been already expanded with the application of heat. This expansion process is called exfoliation and the resulting material is used in bulk form or processed to boards by a press forming process. The fireboard can be worked easily with wood working tools. It can be sawn, drilled and sanded.
