A non payment dispute will be automatically opened if payment is not made within 4 days of auction end. If you are having difficulties forwarding payment please let me know and we can try to work things out.
Items will be posted by royal mail 2nd class signed for so that your item will be tracked from leaving me until you sign for it at your end
Please note i post within 5 working days (working days do not include weekends) if you need your items faster please contact me before bidding and i will let you know if this is possible.
Royal mail have just put the prices of postage up yet again. A signed for parcel now costs £4.45 to post. I can only apologies for this but it is out of my control. To keep costs to a minimum for my buyers i do not charge any extra for packaging so only charge what the actual postage costs are.
If buyers want to purchase multiple items i can send via Yodel. Which means that i can fill a box up up to the weight of 5kg and post out to you for £7.99 postage. If you wish to do this please wait for an amended invoice to be sent before paying as reduced postage cannot be applied once payment has been made.
Also please let me know if you want to do this so that i know you are bidding/buying multiple items and can turn off the non payment dispute application.
