An oil lighter cannot be shipped by air in its complete form. To transport it, it must be rendered inoperable, meaning the lighter needs to be disassembled into various parts before shipping. Although this item is new and unused, it will be shipped disassembled. Upon arrival, it will need to be reassembled by the purchaser. Please understand these conditions before making your purchase.
