If the item has visible damage upon delivery, please notify the courier when accepting and sign for item as "Damaged". This is very important, as it affects the items eligibility for any refunds. We won't be able to issue a refund if the item is marked as delivered properly and no damages are shown in the comments.
  2. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item.
  3. If the item is returned because of a customer's mistake 20% return handling charge will apply.
  4. All parts come with a 30day warranty.
  5. We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the shipping.
  6. Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period, we won't be able to provide you with a refund/swap. This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour/garage charges or any fault arising from the fitting of this part.
  7. All our items are security marked.
  8. If the return part won't match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent warranty will be voided and no refund will be issued. Also bear in mind, this goes for tampered dismantled and in-complete part.
