1. Combined Shipping:

Description: We offer combined shipping within a 3-day period. Please note that an additional charge of $1 per card will be applied.
Action Required: If you wish to combine items for shipping, kindly wait to pay until all desired items are selected, and the combined shipping fee will be adjusted accordingly.

You may choose to write to us to request combine. Now you can also combine by yourself, each item will automatically add shipping, HK7.8 (about 1 USD)

2. Invoice and Shipping Cost Adjustment:

Description: Once payment is made, invoices cannot be combined or shipping costs adjusted. To avail of combined items, please ensure all selections are finalized before making payment.
Action Required: Wait to pay if you intend to combine items; this will enable us to adjust the invoice accordingly.

3. Payment and Order Cancellation:

Description: Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 7 days. An unpaid case will be reported, so we kindly ask you to ensure timely payment.
Action Required: Please make payments promptly to avoid order cancellation and the reporting of an unpaid case.

4. Shipping Methods for Valuable Cards:

Description: We use SpeedPAK Standard and Expedited shipping methods. For cards valued over $200, we recommend selecting the Expedited option for a safer and faster delivery, especially for valuable cards. Ensure the delivery address provided has an adult present.
Action Required: Choose the appropriate shipping method based on the card's value to ensure a secure and swift delivery.

5. Card Protection:

Description: All cards will be shipped with a top loader for added protection. Cards exceeding 35pt specifications will have a sticker added to the top to ensure their perfect condition.
Action Required: Rest assured that your cards will be well-protected during transit.

6. Bulk Purchases:

Description: Large orders will be shipped in boxes for added security and protection during transportation.
Action Required: For bulk purchases, expect your order to be delivered safely in a box.

7. Working Hours and Order Processing:

Description: As a company based in China, our working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, +8 GMT. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed intermittently.
Action Required: We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding order processing during non-working hours.
