This is a wonderful detailed outfit: "Sophisticated Lady" #993 from 1963-64. It has a beautiful rose tagged velvet cape with a stand up collar, fully lined in matching pink silk to the wonderful pink silk dress with silver filigree.  The workmanship in this ensemble is superb!
