This is an Incredible Sweater Machine and 1 extension kit.  The only thing i could find missing was a hook.  However included are two crochet hooks, knit stitch counter, and many extras!  The yellow card looks like it has some mildew but could be repleced easily.  The knitting machine alone originally sold for $149.99 at Ames and the original sticker is on the box.  I believe these sold in the 1990s.
