These are NEW and Unused or  very briefly used PCs. Most are in immaculate condition but since stored exposed on rare occasion slight mark or trace of dust may be visible, if you must have new looking one feel free to confirm beforehand. This is one of the HPs latest line-ups and still very expensive.

This PCs come with software preinstalled, activated and updated. By default these come with Windows 11 Pro but Windows 10 Pro can be installed if requested.

Please note that double check if customising with Windows 10 will delay the delivery.

POSTAGE

I do secure packaging so damage in transit is almost non-existent but since my deliveries are insured by Royal Mail,  if the items turn up damaged, take plenty of pictures showing the damage and tracking as well as save the packaging. Most products are posted within one working days but on occasion can take up to three days for dispatch.

PEACE OF MIND GARUNTEE

With PCs they are imaged after sale, in the process items are inspected physically for broken parts and I look for software irregularity. Items only posted if none noticed. As this a limited testing to get in touch if you have discovered an issue,  get in touch at earliest opportunity, I will co-operate with you to resolve any query.

HP WARRANTY EXPLAINED (If profile picture says under HP warranty)

In the UK currently HP honours warranty and fixes manufacturer fault without proof of ownership. Warranty is assigned to machine so whoever has the possession of it gets to claim it. Note that we only provide 14 days warranty, outside of that you should get in touch with HP. We are not charging you for warranty so should HP change the policy, we wont cover the warranty.
