Sad to sell this machine, but I have too many things kicking about not really being used.. I will include links to video demonstrations of this machine recording and playing back from a used cassette.. a brand new cassette will absolutely yield much better results, even if the results are more than acceptable having used a less than optimal cassette

This machine is in good working order, the plastic face cover for the screen is missing, and one of the plastic knobs (not the actual pot) is missing a piece of plastic and therefore does sit slightly off at an angle... This does not affect operation of the machine in anyway..

The usual superficial degradation of the cosmetic condition of this machine is to be expected and reflected by its age, however the machine itself works as it should, especially given its age, it works very well..

High bias type is cassettes are required to use this machine, regular cassettes will not reproduce the high frequencies of your recordings, so please be aware of this...

The heads are clean, all the pots work,and the inputs are all good as gold.. however  there may be a slight crackle when using one or two of the pots, as minor an issue as this may be, if it is an issue for you, please do not commit to buy this machine..

You can record 4 individual tape outputs from the machine to your computers interface for further mixing, very handy..

Sadly no manual comes with this, however PDF copies are easily accessible online, if one should have any trouble id be happy to email you a copy of the one I used

Overall this is a great machine, I've used this with my sp555 and zoom sampletrak samplers and have made some great lofi music, however with care you can record some quite nice sounding recordings, all depending on your gain structure and the quality of the cassette you are using, there is also a very quick learning curve with this, and you can be swiftly maneuvering your way about this recorder within a few days of use..

This tape will also play regular cassettes by holding down "rehearsal" and pressing the stop button, however this will negate the variable pitch function, so it's possible to record tapes to play on standard cassette players
