This is a Penn International Kite Rod, model IK39, and made in the USA. It measures 3’3” in length, has an aluminum rod tip, aluminum gimbal with butt cap, Fuji reel seat, foam fore grip, and slick butt. This rod is new and hasn’t been used. Only has minimal and barely noticeable wear from being moved around in the fishing rod closet. It is in perfect condition.
