This vintage chartreuse green brown floral print cotton peplum blouse swing skirt suit dress dates from the 1940s. It is made of a chartreuse green, brown and white floral print sheer muslin cotton fabric. This stunning two piece separates suit dress outfit includes a long peplum skirted blouse top with a fitted waistband, gathered shoulders with short ruffled cuff sleeves, a fold over ruffle edge lapel collar, mother of pearl button closures down the front and is sheer, unlined. The top measures 21 inches long, with a 36 inch chest, 26 inch waist and 15 inch back. There is a matching fabric swing style long full skirt with pleated details at the top, a fitted waistband, side zipper button waistband closures and is sheer, unlined. The skirt measures 29 inches long, with a 26 inch waist and 44 inch hips. It is a good condition, with only a few tiny mended repairs on the top. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
