Brand new in box BUT THERE IS A LARGE RETAIL STICKER ON THE SIDE OF THE BOX THAT IS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE WITHOUT DAMAGING THE BOX. The perfume is perfect but this may not be suitable for gift giving if the sticker will bother you. This is reflected in the price which includes shipping and 100% of the proceeds will help us help street dogs and cats through sterilization (spay/neuter), vaccination and rescue.

Because Street Dog Love is a volunteer-based organization, we ship once or twice a week -- always on Mondays and sometimes on Fridays too.  Please factor this into your purchasing decision.  If you are in a rush, it would probably be best if you purchase from another seller. 

To help the planet and to keep our selling costs low, we reuse some packaging materials, including mailers.  We also don't include any invoice or packing slip in your package.  If this is a concern for you, it would probably be best if you purchase from another seller.

Our prices are low and firm and almost always include free shipping (a few exceptions apply to large items).  We are volunteer based and therefore cannot respond to messages about reducing the price of an item. 

We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or not as described or we messed up in some way, in which case we will make it right for you -- so PLEASE contact us if there is a problem before leaving any feedback.  Once a new item is used, opened and/or tested we have a firm "no returns" policy.  If you want to be able to try a product out and then return it for any reason -- such as you simply don't like it or the color isn't what you expected -- you should definitely purchase from a seller with that type of return policy (not us!).
