I purchased this Betty Boop figure at a car boot many, many years ago. It is dated 1989 with a makers name of Bully X.

Says it’s made in Germany. It needs significant restoration. It has a little metal hoop so it could be hung or a stand so it could be placed on the shelf. From a smoke free house.
