Vintage Genghis Khan Bronze on HORSEBACK

The piece weighs over 3 ½ pounds unpacked. It has been scratch tested and shows bronze.  It is non-ferrous.  The piece stands 7 inches tall. It is a bit over 5 ½ inches wide.

The Khan's right hand has a small hole that goes through his fist.  It is believed he was carrying a staff or sword.  I never had the item.  The horse is carrying two tassels from his mouth.

The color of the piece is consistent and very pleasant.  The piece has green highlights.  No damage noted.  I couldn’t find any markings on the piece. I don’t know how old the piece is.   There are no holes anywhere on the piece other than the hole in the fist.  I don’t see any mold lines.

I bought this Asian solid Bronze piece over 40 years ago.  It has been sitting in a curio cabinet and basically forgotten about.  I am in the process of downsizing so I am passing along my treasures.
