The MFC-01 can be integrated into a 1/14 electric RC trailer head to produce realistic sounds, lights, and vibrations. The center that links sound, light, and vibration to each action is the Multi-function Control Unit (MFC-01). The engine sound is based on the pulse of a real truck equipped with a large-displacement diesel engine. The MFC-01 reproduces almost all the sounds made by a real truck, including the air dryer sound characteristic of trucks, various air sounds, shift change sounds, electronic sounds such as warning sounds and back buzzers, and the coupling and disconnecting sounds of a semitrailer. Nine different types of 20 lights can be illuminated using high-luminance LEDs that emit a brilliant light. In addition, the body of the car vibrates in accordance with the engine speed. The MFC-01 unit also features a built-in speed control amp. Smooth acceleration is possible from extremely low speeds to normal running, which is necessary for coupling with a semi-trailer.
