Software:

The laptop comes installed with Windows 10 Pro. Windows is activated and updates have been installed, there are no missing drivers. It also comes installed with: Zoom, VLC Media Player, Chrome, Libre Office (similar to Microsoft Office) and Microsoft Defender Anti-Virus as standard.

Testing:

Lenovo’s own diagnostic software has been run with no errors reported. The ports have been given a functionality test to ensure they are detecting devices correctly.

Condition:

This is a used laptop so please expect some marks, scratches and wear. The display has some uneven brightness, the centre of the screen appears darker compared to the sides and the bottom, I have tried to photograph this but the camera can’t pick it up too well. See pictures for details, all photos are of the actual laptop you will receive. There are no bios passwords set.

All serial numbers are recorded and multiple internal photographs are taken for fraud prevention. All items are well packed and a reputable courier is used. The boxing up procedure is also photographed so the condition of the laptop can be verified. Diagnostic tests are always re-run prior to the shipping of laptops to ensure they are working correctly when sold, the log file will be saved in Windows.

Abuse of eBay’s returns procedure will be reported to eBay. Any attempt at fraud will be reported to eBay and the police.

Courier delivery times are counted in weekday hours. If you live in remote areas then you may experience delays. Courier delivery times are an estimate not a guarantee. Tracking numbers should be automatically viewable on eBay but they don’t always update correctly in which case they can be viewed on the courier’s website, if you have any questions please ask and I can check it for you.

International delivery is by eBay’s Global Shipping Program which means I ship to eBay’s UK shipping centre and they then forward it to you using their choice of courier. Shipping and import charges (where applicable) are charged by eBay and should be viewable at checkout. GSP tracking should update when it has left the shipping centre. If you have any queries about GSP or their tracking eBay should be able to assist you.

Some issues may be easily solvable, for example a perceived fault with an item may be solvable by changing a software setting etc Any returned item must be in the same exact condition as when received. If an item is scratched, marked or damaged in any way return may be refused. Please note multiple photographs of all items are taken including serial numbers and internal components.
