Media: VG; Nice gloss overall with some light cluster scratches on side 1 ONLY which are audible
Cover: Strong VG; Ring wear and a top edge ding plus a corner ding with good seams; Writing on front in grease pencil
I grade under a bright light using (roughly) the Goldmine scale along with naming conventions supplied by Ebay. I have over 10 years of professional record grading experience, and grade conservatively with a description of any flaws I see (NOT play graded unless stated):
MINT: (rarely seen, tbh)
NM: No visible wear
EX/VG++: One or two very light marks and likely some spindle trails on labels - very light signs of use
VG+: One or two very light surface scratches or fingernail scrapes with overall nice gloss
VG: Surface scratches and/or play wear and/or label wear
VG-: Significant light scratches or a couple larger scratches on a clean disc
G++: Heavy surface scratches that should play grade better than it looks
G+: Scratchy - good until you find a better copy
G: Rough condition - I would rarely sell a disc in this condition
