 Neptune Motor Oil  was refined and sold by 

The Diamond Head Oil Refinery located in Kearny, NJ.

The site of which is now a EPA Superfund Site.

No returns yard sale terms, use the pictures for condition,

Empty with a few holes in the bottom.  Fair maybe poor condition I tend to hope people assume the worst and get the possibility it is in better condition, when you see the piece in person.  Can has lots of paint loss, some rust, may clean up more in a parts washer.  It is still dirty, the outside was cleaned with hand cleaner and wiped off, both inside and outside will need further cleaning.
