RETURN POLICY: 

1. Any item which is returned with an anti-tamper label/marks that shows signs of manipulation, 

damage or has been wholly or partially removed will NOT be accepted. 

2. All returns must be pre-approved by the Seller. Any problem with the item, please send an eBay 

message to us as soon as possible, we will respond in 24 hours or less. Return shipping is to be paid 

by the buyer. Our parts are guaranteed to work, so if the part has any issues we will accept a return 

of the part for a refund or will replace the part as inventory allows.

2.Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, insurance and returning the 

item in the same condition it was purchased, all return items will be tested and carefully inspected 

before a refund will be issued.

3. We will replace the returning item with an identical item, or issue a refund.

4. If by any means the part does not fit or was bought by mistake, we are more than happy to help. 

Returns or exchanges can only be made 14 days after purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY: 

All orders placed before 3 pm EST, Monday through Friday, will possibly be shipped the same day. 

Orders placed after 3 pm EST or on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. 

All orders are shipped for free via USPS Ground/ UPS Ground/ FedEx Home Delivery.
