This listing is for a Rare Antique Royal Arcanum Tray / Dish Embossed Pewter / Lead 19th C Crown 1105. It has a name “hill” on the back. The Supreme Council of the Royal Arcanum, commonly known simply as the Royal Arcanum, is a fraternal benefit society founded in 1877 in Boston, Massachusetts by John A. Cummings and Darius Wilson, who had previously been among the founders of the Knights of Honor, a similar organization, in Kentucky. It is not marked by a maker or model number, I believe it may be hand made and one of a kind. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor.

It is in good condition, with no major damage. Has some kind of bullet or metal chunk stuck in it by the crown, goes all the way through. Not sure the story on that. I believe it was carved from the metal not moulded, but could be wrong. Best I can tell its a pewter & lead mix or just lead.
