You are looking at a Vintage 1963 Madame Alexander "Little Huggums" Cloth Body Blue Sleepy Eyes. On the back of the neck there is a piece of plastic that perhaps connected the doll to a stand and broke off, not really sure, please note the last picture. She measures 12' tall and does not come with clothes. Thanks for looking!
