This is an original press photo. Winston Barard, 27, driver of a delivery truck, looks at bullet hole in the cab window following the shooting of his helper, Floyd C. Poinson, 21, 2425 Pauger, Thursday in front of a bar-restaurant at 1954 N. Galvez St. Poinson was shot while sitting in the truck cab. He entered the bar-restaurant where he died. A man accused of fatally shooting a part-time helper on a grocery supply truck about 1 pm Thursday surrendered himself to police about two hours later. Floyd Charles Poinson, 21, 2425 Pauger, who was shot with a revolver while sitting in the cab of the truck, walked into a bar-restaurant at 1954 N. Galvez, verbally identified the man he claimed shot him, and died.Photo measures 8 x 10inches. Photo is dated 02-05-1971.
