The RSCPA Huddersfield, Halifax, and Bradford District Branches works to promote kindness and support to prevent cruelty to animals throughout the Calderdale & Kirklees area.

All monies raised through this eBay store will help rehabilitate and rehome the animals in our care. Thankyou for your support.

Delivery

Generally, we try to post items the same day or within 2 days of payment. Parcels will only be posted Monday to Friday.

For items up to 2kg Royal Mail is used

Heavier items will be posted via Evri or Parcelforce 48 hr. The invoice will show the shipping costs when sent, once the item has been ‘won’

For international orders, please contact us prior to paying as we endeavour to use the best service possible for you to get the best price.

Combined postage is available on request.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please message us via eBay. We allow 30 days from the receipt of the item for the buyer to initiate the returns process. Once we have received the item, we will process a full refund.

If however items are returned showing signs of wear or damage, then a refund will not be made.

QUESTIONS

Questions about any product listed will only be answered Monday to Friday. This eBay shop is closed on weekends.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for returns postage unless the item is damage or not as described.

3.       Depending on the item you purchased you’ll be automatically directed to either the eBay returns process or contact seller.

Items can be collected from our RSPCA charity shop New Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2BQ.
