Sony Micro Cassette Recorder M-203 with Case Handheld READ.

I tested it without a Tape Cassette in it. I put fresh batteries in and tried all the buttons. It responded to the buttons except for the forward button. It seemed like it was having a tough time forwarding. Please look at photos for condition. Thank you
