Items are off-the-shelf and sold in the condition they are found in (with the exception of giving a light clean up) While I do my best to describe my items accurately, including damage and flaws, Im only human and can make mistakes. Holidays & weekends don’t always allow it to ship as quickly as I’d like and once it leaves my hands, it’s up to the good ol’ USPS to get it to you but understand that delays do happen.
