Hi you are buying  dell latitude E6400 with 2 gig memory  and 64 bit with windows   7 on it.It  comes with a power cord  .I plug it  up and it boot right up to windows 7  .It came from  storage  unit i bid on with other items  i brought  ..No more testing  was done on it. I seen to work  good I think the battey dead it was taking a charge.Please take look at the pictures please.
