The cap and point section of this pen are made of a deep blue resin, which shimmers and gleams in the light, catching the eye and drawing the viewer in, hand worked with lathe machine.Then the surface is hand polished till reach the smooth and gleaming surface you may see in the pictures and feel in your hands.
