This climbing ladder is sealed inside the open box. The box says it includes a flag game. I can't tell if the flag game is sealed up with the ladder, or it it was a separate item and is not included. So I guess just plan on not getting the game, and if it's included, it will be a nice surprise! :)

Box has some light shelf wear, but as I said the ladder itself is sealed. See Pictures for details
