Pu-Erh - red tea is grown in southern China. Its name comes from the town of Pu-er located there. People on the border of Yunnan Province and Tibet drank Pe-Erh tea already in the Tang Dynasty (7th-10th centuries). The special weather conditions and soil quality in this region, as well as the unique production process, make red tea unique in the world. Unlike other Pu-Erh teas, it matures for a long time and therefore becomes milder and richer in taste.
"Tea revives our imagination, supports a fainting head and allows us to keep our soul calm." Edmund Waller (1606-1687).
