I’m not sure who the maker is. Found a few online that matched but I can’t say what brand it is. Has no damage as far as ability to use, looks like it was recently tested and passed, it is used, has nicks, small scratches on some of the portions of the bike. I believe this would be a 19-19.5 inch frame. That would put this in the large category 5’10-6’2 in size. If you use the 2.5 math calculator this puts this at a 47.5 cm . I know road and mountain are two different sizes so I am putting the tape measurement in the pics. Please see pics.
