Miguel Amaya, an acoustical sprayer with Payless Insulation of Houston, emerges from the plastic sheeting protecting areas that are not being insulated on the 4th and 6th floors. The ceilings on these floors are being sprayed with black cellulose insulation for acoustical improvements in the Dome for the GOP Convention.
