When Plugged in RGB lights come on the fan looks like its trying to start but it doesn't.
Red led on motherboard stuck on VGA. and no display on screen.
It looks like it has been opened before as security seal on the screw is damaged.
Sold Strictly for parts.
Does have some light scuffs here and there please see pics.
