Offered for your consideration is this Antique Iron Turn Handle Latch for Bulkhead or Barn Door, Garden Gate, Cellar, etc. The handle will turn clockwise or counterclockwise to retract the throw. Measures 5-7/8" long including the throw x 2-3/4" wide x 2" high and weighs in at 8.8 oz. Movement is smooth but it does carry a little weathering from being 80-90 years old. I show how easy the piece disassembles should a new spring be needed down the road but current spring is in great condition. Good old American made hardware that was built to last centuries.
