This is a very pretty, very unique, framed enchanted, country cottage scene with lush gardens embroidered, needlepoint, crewel art wall hanging.

It is in good condition. There is some wear on the frame. *See photos.

There is duct tape, yarn string to hang & personal writings on the back piece of cardboard which says:

‘My Dream Home. Made by Annette J. Andersen / Mrs. Fred-Motz Before 1927.’

At upper area of back of piece states: Annette - Mother to Nancy Wishau.

Nancy - Mother to Colleen Wishau Merritt.

(Added later) Colleen - Mother to Michael - born 9-6-91. Sydney Avon - 5-31-95.

It measures approximately 12 3/4” x 10 3/4” x 1/2” thick.
