This vintage blue and white cotton seersucker zebra stripes print romper playsuit shorts outfit dates from the 1940s. It is made of a blue and white seersucker cotton fabric with a zebra stripe novelty print pattern design. This womens retro romper onepeice playsuit style summer shorts outfit has an adjustable halter top tie strap neck with front bow tie trim, a short overskirt with bow trim sides, built in matching panties sewn underneath, elastic ruched gathering wide waistband and is unlined. The romper measures 34 inches long, with a 36 inch bust, 32 inch waist and 40 inch hips. It is in good as-is condition, with loose stretched out elastic on the waist, top neckline and a few small faint stains on the bottom front skirt which are difficult to see. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
