Edition plate called The Austrian Lippanzaner, the second issue from "The
Noble Horse" collection made by Spode from 1988 to 1990.
The collection is a series of 8 portraits of the
world's finest sporting breeds in their native countries, from paintings
created exclusively by Susie Whitcomb.
The plate is approx. 8 inches diameter, and is
offered for sale in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
It is fully marked on the base with the Spode
stamp and plate number 9836C E.
