Here are four patches from the Scioto Area Council.  These were issued by the council strictly as a fund raiser. There is the 1983 Around the Scouting World. The 1984 Scout Week, the 1984-1985 Scouting We Go and Trail the Eagle 1985-86.  These patches were sold for three dollars each out of the council office. These four patches are unused.
