Every student of American History should be given the opportunity to study this writing. Of all the western material I have found over the years, none is more important. For home schoolers, I would rank this as the most realistic, comprehensive story of the rise of an American black slave boy, born to a reading mother, whose life eventually made an outcome in the election of two American Presidents.

Please read this. There were many a western story published – the common ones about Cowboy and Indians are listed on Ebay every day but the rarer ones like this offering published by the M. F. Enterprises never make it. They are hard to find – tucked away on some eollector’s shelf – gathering dust. I hunt them out cause really the better, untold and rarer stories were published in the rest.

Here’s one of the best.

Following my retirement, I have dedicated my remaining hours to indexing the Genealogy of our western pioneers. During my research, I discovered that thousands of our kinfolk lay unfound and unrecognized on some book dealer’s shelf. Because Old Western History and Memorabilia was printed before computer indexing, I index every item I sell.

This complete index will be bound and included in this offering at no additional cost.

Humbly, I am trying to keep our heritage alive

I hope you appreciate the effort.

THE BARON OF COLORADO

Here is the story entitled The Baron of Colorado by Steve Lewis, of a black man with great courage and innate dignity who rose from slavery to a position of wealth, becoming a financial tycoon and a political strongman. His name should be inscribed in every history book as one who overcame all hardship of life and race – listed in the Hall of Fame of Black Americans but unfortunately, seldom few know of him or are able to read about him because his life has seldom been documented in the great history books of our time. Perhaps some of you scholars of Black Americana will here take note.

What a story, Rare Story!!! Great Pictures. You will love it as it was published in this old. Rarely found western magazine of many years ago. The issue is in mint condition, the cover is in vibrant color.

BLACK AMERICAN MEMORABILIA IS RAPIDLY DISAPPEARING

As clearly stated in my description, this is featured story from a rarely found and seldom read unusual and complete western magazine. I don't give out name of publication or date because I have caught competitors copying my index and work and trying to sell it as theirs. I hope you understand.
