This Bundle of books consists of the 4 following books:

1. Richard G. Hardorff. Washita Memories, Eye Witness Views of Custer’s Attack on Black Kettle’s Village. Hard bound with dust jacket in fine or better condition. There are several page numbers pencilled on the last page for reference. I found no other markings but cannot guarantee there are none. Copyright 2006. University of Oklahoma Press. 474 pages. A few map illustrations.

2. Introduced by John M. Carroll. The Sand Creek Massacre, a Documentary History. Copyright 1973. Published by Sol Lewis, New York/. Hard bound with gold lettering but without dust jacket. Limited Edition of 500 copies (reprinted from the 1965 report to Congress). Printed on quality paper. The owner’s stamp is impressed on the lower edge of the title page and there is a pencilled reference note on the first page and 4 penciled page numbers on the last blank page. I found no other markings but cannot guarantee that there are none. 418 pages.

3. J. W. Vaughn. With Crook at the Rosebud. First Edition. Copyright 1957. By the Telegraph Press. Hard bound with some edge wear with a dust jacket with significant spine and edge wear. The pages are all tight and in tact but I believe there is some yellowing on these 66 year old pages. The owner’s name is printed on the first page and the owner’s stamp is impressed on the lower edge of the following page, plus there are reference notes pencilled by the owner on the last page. I found no other markings but cannot guarantee that there are none. 245 pages. Illustrations.

4. Paul Hedren. With Crook in the Black Hills, Stanley J. Morrows 1876 Photographic Legacy. Soft cover, First Edition. Copyright 1985. Pruitt Publishing Company. The book shows some shelf wear with a little waving on the cover but all the pages are intact and clean. I found no markings in the book but cannot guarantee that there are none. 89 pages. Book measures 8”x10”.
