• Ownership history: My family purchased this about 5-8 years ago.

• Why selling: We no longer have a use for it, so selling to a new home.

• Condition: Acceptable to good used condition.

• Defects: The cover has some scuffs, dents, and places where it was folded. There appears to be some minor water damage (no water stains detected) or creasing throughout. Pages are curled a bit. When inspecting book, I noticed no pencil/pen/highlighter marks. May come with a little dust from storage.

• About its current home: Cat-friendly and smoke-free.

• How I cleaned listing: I gently washed the cover with a damp cloth for a nice clean.
