This is a used FENDER BAND MASTER AB763 VINTAGE 1965 2-Ch 40W TUBE VIBRATO GUITAR AMPLIFIER HEAD and this is a must have for any serious electric guitar player or collector!!! Used, but still in good overall shape for its age!!! Definitely does have some normal cosmetic wear (pictured) including scuffs, scratches, rust spots throughout but the amplifier has been tested and still sounds incredible!!! The only issues that we experienced while testing were some light crackling/static when actively adjusting the knobs but sound seemed to clear up just fine once settings were dialed in!!! Probably just some old wiring and not at all uncommon for nearly 60 year old amp that has seen regular use!!! Cosmetically, the amp has also been stripped of its original black vinyl and the original grill is missing as well. Not 100% sure if the original amp box was just stripped for some reason or if the amp itself was removed from the original box and fitted into a new hard wood box at some point but none of the cosmetic issues seem to affect performance in any way at all!!! This amazing amp features a full 40 watts of truly inspired tone that is generated by 2x 6L6GC, 1x 12AX7, 2x 7025 and 1x12AT7 complements!!! Features include a 2-channel configuration with integrated vibrato, and easy to use knob based controls for volume, bass, treble, reverb, speed, and intensity so you can dial in the perfect sound every time!!! Traditional 1/4" I/O jacks make for easily hooking up to all manner of equipment!!! You won’t be disappointed with this one!!! This is the classic 1965 version of the Fender Band Master amplifier (serial #A13563) that was designed and produced during the legendary "CBS" era and was made in the USA by Fender, one of the most trusted names in quality guitar equipment throughout the world!!! You can't go wrong with this one!!! PLEASE NOTE: This amplifier is being sold with some normal cosmetic wear present which includes scratches, scuffs and rust spots throughout. None of this wear seems to affect performance but we did notice some minor crackling/static when actively adjusting knobs which is more than likely just due to old wiring and is pretty common place on amplifier's this age. The amp also appears to have been completely stripped of all of the original vinyl and is missing the original front-grill. It is possible as well that the amp was removed from its original box and refitted into a new hardwood box at some point. Not really sure how to go about determining if the box is original or not but the lighter toned back panel wood does seem to be newer than the rest of the box so we're pretty confident that at least that panel is not original.  Regardless of any cosmetic issues, the amplifier still sounds fantastic and was found to be fully operation when testing!!! All potential buyers should carefully review all of the auction photos though in order to accurately assess this amp's current physical condition, prior to placing any bids. Amplifier comes exactly as is pictured. Nothing else is included.
