The only test done is plugged in to charge and power on

The laptop turned on plugged in to charge and boot to bios. There was a Windows xp installed on it, but I deleted it for data protection

No operating system installed on it

No charger included in the sale

The test done is just to make an idea of what you are buying,  The laptop may have issues, which I'm not aware of them and it's sold as spares or repair for parts

Battery will not hold charge

The laptop sown sign of usage and scratches related to his age
