Antique Brass and Cast Iron Arts & Crafts or Mission Style Hanging Light Fixture

It needs restoration and does not have a shade. See pictures.

The shade(?) ring is 11" across.

This fixture is heavy because of the cast iron pieces and the brass connector ball. Shipping costs reflect this. 

I have 3 of these fixtures. Look at my auctions for the other 2.
