The good: Comes with everything seen in the photos. Hard to find with the box and the bag.

The bad: Ear cushions are chipping.

The right ear speaker sounds blown (rattles) but produces audio.

The bag has little black particles falling everywhere that make a mess (ships in a sandwich bag) and letters have fallen off the bag. Some wear and tear to the box inside and out. Probably some other flaws on the headphones as well but overall this is the worst of it.
