Have taken this out of packaging to photo so you can see it is fully reversible and neon as well as reflective which is all the things you want to be seen on a bike, it also has the longer rear skirt to protect your (rear) from spary and rain going down your back, proper elasticated cuffs a great jacket for the great outdoors, I think the sizes on these are small so the pit to pit on this is just over 20" measured when laid flat,
