Tops: Standard size guide:

X-Small = 36" Chest (20" pit to pit).

Small = 36"- 38" Chest. (21").

Medium = 38"- 40" Chest. (22").

Large = 40"- 42" Chest. (23").

XL = 42"- 44" Chest. (24").

size specs increased on larger sizes above 2xl from autumn 2021 with a greater overall size.

2XL = 45-47" Chest. (25.5").

3XL = 48-50" Chest. (27-28").

4XL = 50-52" +  Chest. (29+").

Fila Terrinda has increased size in 2021 in keeping with above guide, original fabrics are less stretch and some people still prefer to buy a size up For a comfort fit.
