CLOCK DOES NOT WORK.

MOTOR RUNS BUT IS NOT WORKING, ITS ALMOST LIKE THE MOTOR ISNT BALLANCED. THE COVER ON THE OUTSIDE SPINS LOPSIDED IF THAT MAKES ANY SENSE.
