This is the much better version with faster max aperture of f/2.8-4 rather than the cheaper version that starts at f/4-5.6
Please note the Autofocus Does Not Work, Can be used in manual focus only, still works with the cameras focus assist indicator so you know when you have correctly focused

As with all older Sigma lenses it is not suitable for use on Digital SLR cameras apart from at maximum aperture only (set mode dial to ‘A’ and aperture to 2.8) This is the same with all older Sigma lenses and is not a fault, please do not buy for a DSLR camera unless you understand the limitations
