This is a pair of NWT GAP 98% cotton/2% spandex, navy khaki, uniform pants with stain resistant finish, button/zipper closure, concealed adjustable waistline, front and back pockets, mid-rise, and slim fit through hips and thighs.  SIZE: Girls 12 Regular

Actual measurements of the pants lying flat:

Waist: 13.5".                

Stride (bottom of waistband to crotch):  7"

Hips (from the bottom of one front pants' pocket to the bottom of the other pocket): 16"

Inseam: 28"
