Great tunic to by ASOS new with tags.  Black off the shoulder elastic collar for ease of fit.  Flutter sleeves.  Tunic length but depending on height could also possibly worn as a dress.  Trapeze fit.  Great closet staple piece with a ton of versatility!  All measurements are approximate and taken flat.
